GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Basis of Sale

The payment options available are through PayPal and payment in advance.
All sales are final except for the reasons listed under the Return Policy on this site.
Promotional literature, price lists and other documents issued by the Seller in relation to the products available are subject to change without notice.
Any errors or omissions in any promotional literature, quotation, price list, acceptance of offer, invoice or other documents issued by the Seller shall be subject to correction without any liability on the part of the Seller.

Price of the Goods

The price of the product(s) available shall be the price listed on the website at the date of the Buyer's order.
The price of the product(s) available includes any applicable tax necessary.

Terms of Payment

The seller expects payment immediately through PayPal or a check or money order and reserves the right to not act upon the order until the payment is complete.
All payments must be made to the Seller in US currency.

Delivery

Mailing of the product(s) purchased shall be made by the Seller or specified associates 7-10 business days after the payment for the item has been successfully processed.
Mailing and insurance (if applicable) of the product(s) purchased by the Buyer will be arranged by the Seller on behalf of the Buyer and any applicable charges shall be the Buyer's responsibility.
The Seller shall endeavor to follow any special instructions given by the Buyer with the order but the Seller reserves the right to make necessary changes.
If given, the Delivery Date is approximate only and time for delivery shall not be of the essence unless clearly stated in the special instructions.
Import or customs duty or other “out of the country” taxes or charges necessary to enable delivery of the products ordered shall be the Buyer's responsibility and shall be reimbursed immediately where necessarily paid by the Seller.
The Seller shall not be liable to the Buyer or be deemed to be in breach of any contract by reason of any delay in delivery or in performing, or any failure to perform, any of the Seller's obligations in relation to the Goods.

Insurance

Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing by the Buyer and the Seller, products purchased will not be insured.
All costs arising from insurance being added due to the Buyer's request on products ordered shall be provided at the Buyer's expense.

Buyer's Default

If the Buyer fails to make full payment then the Seller shall be entitled to cancel the order or suspend any further deliveries to the Buyer;

General

The Buyer must understand that all products are protected by copyright.
The Buyer shall be responsible for complying with the copyright of each item purchased.
